• LONDON ROAD - WELWYN
  An infill development of three detached houses on the edge of the village centre. The scheme has been granted planning permission and will be starting on site early in 2012.
• WESTBURY SCHOOL - LETCHWORTH GARDEN CITY
  Residential conversion of a 1930’s school building, with additional houses provided to the rear. A total of 38 units are proposed. The scheme won planning permission in January 2011.
• QUEEN EDITHS WAY - CAMBRIDGE
  A distinctive residential project for Wheatley Homes consisting 6 flats and 8 town houses. The scheme was granted planning permission in June 2009. Completed 2011.
• BROADWAY GARDENS - LETCHWORTH GARDEN CITY
  An infill development of 7 apartments and a one-off house in Letchworth town centre for Hertfordshire County Council.
• NORTON SCHOOL - LETCHWORTH GARDEN CITY
  Resident conversion of the 1906 school building and additional homes. Total of 54 units for Miller homes. Completed January 2009.
• NURSERY HILL RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT - HITCHIN
  A development of 57 houses and apartments completed for Leach homes. Completed 2007.
• RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT - GREAT SHELFORD
  A development of 12No houses for Leach homes. Completed 2005.
