  A distinctive residential project for Wheatley Homes consisting 6 flats and 8 town houses. The scheme was granted planning permission in June 2009 and is currently under construction.
• BROADWAY GARDENS - LETCHWORTH GARDEN CITY
  An infill development of 7 apartments and a one-off house in Letchworth town centre for Hertfordshire County Council.
• RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT - GREAT SHELFORD
  A development of 12No houses for Leach homes. Completed 2005.
• NORTON SCHOOL - LETCHWORTH GARDEN CITY
  Resident conversion of the 1906 school building and additional homes. Total of 54 units for Miller homes. Completed January 2009.
• NURSERY HILL RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT - HITCHIN
  A development of 57 houses and apartments completed for Leach homes. Completed 2007.
