The Dragon Hotel – Restaurant

Interior remodelling opened up the 1st floor bar to the restaurant to the benefit of both. The careful introduction of innovative lighting arrangements with scene set control to adjust to varying daylight conditions ensures that the restaurant is both efficiently and beautifully presented at all times. The use of rich colours in the bespoke carpet designs links all public spaces throughout the hotel.
